The Restaurant Crew Member is responsible for greeting customers warmly either in the dining area or drive-thru, accurately taking and ringing up orders, handling payments, and expressing gratitude to customers for their patronage. In addition, this role involves preparing and storing food ingredients, assembling food and beverage orders while ensuring accuracy and quality, and packaging products efficiently. Maintaining a clean, safe work and dining environment is a key part of daily responsibilities, which contribute to the overall guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
The role requires a strong commitment to teamwork and communication. Crew members must work collaboratively with their teammates and management and accept coaching to continually improve performance. Adherence to company policies, food safety, and sanitation guidelines ensures customers and staff operate in a safe environment.
