This restaurant is operated by an independent franchisee of McDonald’s, which means that while it uses McDonald’s logos and food products, it is a separate entity from McDonald’s USA. The franchisee handles all employment matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and disciplinary actions. The location provides a variety of shift options including all night shifts from 2 pm to 1 am, as well as flexible shifts such as 2 pm to 10 pm, 4 pm to 9 pm, and 8 pm to 1 am.
