Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service preferred
- Ability to work full-time including night shifts
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Strong attention to detail and hygiene
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Job Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Previous food service experience preferred
- Ability to follow standardized recipes and food safety procedures
- Basic knowledge of kitchen equipment operation
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization
- Capable of working full-time night shifts
Job Duties
- Prepares high-quality food items according to standardized recipes and instructions
- Serves meals and prepares for delivery ensuring correct portioning and temperature
- Uses established ticket collection procedures and maintains records during service
- Cleans kitchen and storage areas maintaining high standards of cleanliness
- Stores or discards excess food following safe food-handling procedures
- Keeps refrigerators and storerooms clean and organized
- Operates and maintains kitchen equipment as instructed
- Assists in production planning, record keeping, and reporting
- Assists in ordering and receiving food and supplies
- Reports maintenance needs, faulty equipment, or accidents immediately
