This multifaceted club environment is known for maintaining high standards of cleanliness and guest satisfaction, ensuring all patrons have a welcoming and pristine experience. The club operates with a commitment to excellence in service and environment, making it a reputable and desirable place to work within the hospitality and facility management sector.
This role is for a Night Cleaner responsible for upholding the cleanliness and maintenance standards throughout all club facilities during the overnight shift. The Night Cleaner plays a critical role in creating a sanitized and orderly environment that supports the club’s daily operations and special events. This position involves a comprehensive range of cleaning duties across multiple areas such as restrooms, dining and athletic locker rooms, patios, staircases, and banquet rooms. The Night Cleaner ensures that all furniture, fixtures, floors, walls, and equipment are meticulously cleaned and maintained to the club’s specifications. The role demands not only physical cleaning tasks such as dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and buffing floors but also includes more detailed responsibilities like polishing brass, washing windows, shampooing carpets, and conducting deep-cleaning projects to preserve the quality and visual appeal of the club’s environment.
Aside from routine cleaning, the Night Cleaner provides support for setting up banquet rooms and furniture arrangements for special events, making this position integral to the club’s multifunctional use and guest accommodations. Reporting and communicating effectively with engineering and night operations management regarding maintenance issues such as damage, lighting, and plumbing is also essential to ensure the club runs smoothly. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, effective time management, and the ability to work efficiently independently overnight.
Ideal candidates should be capable of following instructions carefully, particularly regarding the safe use of chemicals and cleaning supplies, and have a good understanding of how to maintain various building and furniture surfaces. The position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic club environment with a diverse range of duties that keep the workplace safe, clean, and welcoming for all members and guests. The employment type is full-time night shift, designed for individuals who thrive in independent roles and enjoy contributing to maintaining high facility standards during non-operational hours.
