We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate baker to join our dynamic team at this innovative bakery. The position is full-time, offering 40 hours per week with shifts primarily from 6 PM to 2 AM, and there is an option for a 4 PM to 12 AM shift as well. The hourly pay is competitive at 24 dollars per hour and includes paid breaks, reflecting our commitment to supporting and valuing our staff.

As a baker in this space-themed establishment, you will play a critical role in creating top-quality laminated pastries and other baked goods that not only meet but exceed our customers' high expectations. Your expertise and attention to detail will ensure each item is crafted to perfection, showcasing the finest techniques in baking and decorating. This role demands a careful balance of creativity and precision, with responsibilities extending beyond baking to include packaging wholesale orders, preparing production batches, decorating, glazing, and maintaining a clean and organized workplace.

The ideal candidate will possess a proven track record in baking, with hands-on experience managing all facets of the craft—from ingredient measurement and mixing to baking and final decoration. You will be working in a fast-paced environment where time management and organizational skills are paramount to meet our production timelines.
