Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in hotel front desk or night auditing
- Availability to work from 12 pm to 8 am on weekends
- Ability to work independently during overnight shifts
- Willingness to coordinate with security personnel
- Familiarity with hotel management software like PEP
- Ability to handle multiple tasks with attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- Experience with Hilton hotels preferred
- Knowledge and use of PEP software
- Previous night shift or 3rd shift work experience in hospitality
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic accounting and auditing principles
- Ability to work overnight weekend shifts
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties
- Check guest in and out during night hours
- Perform night audit close out duties on PEP software
- Work with security staff to ensure property remains secure overnight
- Manage front desk operations during assigned shifts
- Act as Manager on Duty handling guest and operational issues
- Coordinate with hotel departments to maintain smooth overnight operations
- Maintain accurate financial records and reports
