With properties located across various key locations, the company prides itself on fostering a workplace where team members feel valued, supported, and empowered for career growth and personal development. The Chattanooga property at 7301 Shallowford Rd, Tennessee, exemplifies Drury Hotels’ commitment to excellence and hospitality. By joining this team, employees become part of an organization that promotes work-life balance, comprehensive benefits, and a culture of mentorship and internal promotions. Drury Hotels offers a dynamic and inclusive environment where every team member’s contributions make a significant difference to both the guest experience and the company’s success.

The position available is a full-time 50/50 role combining overnight audit shifts with afternoon/evening guest service agent duties. This hybrid role is designed for candidates who thrive in a fast-paced and autonomous work environment, providing critical support during overnight hours and ensuring engaging, courteous service throughout the afternoon and evening shifts. The overnight audit responsibilities include auditing the previous day's receipts, verifying and balancing entries, running reports, and maintaining accuracy in all financial documentation. Guest safety and security during overnight hours are paramount, as the team member may often be the sole staff presence on the property.

During afternoon and evening shifts, the role focuses on providing an exceptional guest experience through friendly, efficient, and professional service at the front desk. Responsibilities extend to checking guests in and out, handling cash transactions, promoting sales programs, maintaining guest records, and managing administrative tasks related to guest services. Additional tasks may involve assisting with breakfast setup and food preparation, emphasizing teamwork and flexibility.

Drury Hotels values employees who approach their duties with a positive attitude, impeccable attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. Proficiency in English, clear communication skills, and the capability to work independently during overnight hours are essential for success in this position. The company fosters a positive work environment free of discrimination and encourages team members to contribute their unique talents and perspectives.

This opportunity also offers numerous benefits, including quarterly bonus incentives up to $3,200 annually, flexible scheduling, paid time off, hotel discounts, free room nights, and a comprehensive health and wellness package that includes medical, dental, vision, prescription, life, and disability coverage. The retirement plan features company-matched 401(k), and there are ample opportunities for career advancement through mentorship, cross-training, and management training programs.

Employees at Drury Hotels can expect a supportive workplace where personal and professional growth is nurtured, and their efforts are rewarded. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about hospitality who seek a stable, rewarding career with a renowned hotel brand. Join Drury Hotels and be part of a company where you truly belong, making a difference every day while achieving your career goals and enjoying a balanced lifestyle.
