This role is essential in maintaining the financial integrity of our hotel operations and ensuring a smooth experience for guests during the overnight hours.
The Night Auditor will be responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on various areas of the hotel. The position demands a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication abilities, as the Night Auditor will often interact directly with guests and staff.
This is a full-time position demanding availability during nighttime hours, including weekends and holidays. The role encompasses responsibilities such as performing all check-in and check-out tasks during the overnight shift, ensuring guest satisfaction with a high level of personalized service often referred to as Level5 Hospitality. The Night Auditor will conduct daily audits of property management systems (PMS) and related point-of-sale systems, generating and maintaining accurate reports that are vital to the hotel’s daily operations. Attention to compliance with hotel policies and procedures is paramount, and the Night Auditor will play a key role in enforcing these standards.
On top of financial auditing tasks, this position involves comprehensive front desk duties, including managing online and phone reservations, responding to guest inquiries, handling complaints professionally, and maintaining a high standard of personal appearance in accordance with hotel dress code policies. Adequate training on emergency procedures and safety protocols will be provided, ensuring the Night Auditor can respond effectively to various situations that may arise overnight.

The ability to work independently while providing top-tier guest service is critical to success in this role. Candidates with prior experience in hotel front desk operations or night auditing will find this position rewarding and challenging.
