The Night Auditor role at Sports Illustrated Resort is a key position responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of third-shift front office functions while preparing and dispositions all night audit work. This full-time role demands an individual who is organized, detail-oriented, and capable of performing a variety of hotel front office and accounting responsibilities during the overnight hours. The Night Auditor will execute the night audit process meticulously, balancing the day's work, which includes movie revenue, telephone postings, valet laundry, and paperwork from servers and desk agents. Generating all required Food and Beverage audit reports and maintaining proper record-keeping logbooks are also integral aspects of this position.
Beyond audit responsibilities, the Night Auditor serves as the primary face of guest services during the third shift. Duties involve promptly greeting guests, executing the guest registration process, issuing room keys, and providing detailed information about the resort as well as local attractions. Strong cash handling and accurate processing of cash and credit card transactions are critical to this role, along with balancing all shift activities, completing cashier reports, preparing deposits, and securing bank deposits. The candidate may also handle guest requests during the night shift, ensuring guest satisfaction and timely resolution of concerns.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of front desk experience in a hospitality or hotel environment and/or 1 year of customer service experience in service or retail environment
- 1 year of accounting experience
- Ability to read and comprehend routine instructions, short correspondence, and memos
- Ability to prioritize customer service
- Ability to solve problems with minimal guidance
- Ability to maintain professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to multi-task in fast paced environment
- People oriented and capable of working independently or with others
- Must be detail oriented
- Proficiency in PC skills and basic office equipment
- Knowledge of accounting systems
- Must be able to frequently change from one activity to another while operating a switchboard or computer keyboard
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Accounting education preferred

Job Duties
- Complete night audit checklist for computer procedures daily
- Balance the day’s work including movie revenue, telephone postings, valet laundry, and paperwork

- Complete initial direct bills and place on Property Accountant’s desk
- Handle and follow through on all guest requests during the third shift
