Job Requirements
- Able to be alert and function during the night shift from 11 PM to 7 AM
- customer service experience preferred
- ability to stand for long periods of time
- ability to work quickly and thoroughly under pressure
- maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of computer keyboard and printer operation
- ability to accurately and efficiently input information into computer systems
- previous cashier experience
- basic accounting skills
- strong customer-relation skills
- ability to communicate clearly and pleasantly in English both verbally and in writing
- ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset
- professional appearance and mannerism
- knowledge of hotel facilities and features
- ability to multitask and work thoroughly under pressure
- excellent attendance and punctuality
Job Duties
- Provide quality guest service to all guests and visitors
- perform all duties to maximize guest service
- greet guests with advance reservations and register them efficiently and friendly
- greet visitors seeking accommodations and meet their needs
- acquaint guests with services available in the area
- accurately follow accounting procedures
- answer external and internal telephone calls and deliver messages
- act as the reservation attendant
- answer questions and provide accurate, helpful information
- run end-of-day reports and reconcile system information
- adhere to all department and company policies and procedures
- ensure guest security by properly handling guest keys
- properly handle lost and found items
- remain on site during inclement weather until replaced
- perform other duties as assigned
