The Front Desk Agent role at Ambassador Hotel Tulsa is a highly visible and crucial position within the hotel, directly impacting the overall guest experience. Job Qualifications

  • Knowledge of computer keyboard and printer operation

  • ability to deal with guests when they are angry or upset

Job Duties

  • Provide quality guest service to all guests and visitors
  • perform all duties to maximize guest service
  • greet guests with advance reservations and register them efficiently and friendly
  • greet visitors seeking accommodations and meet their needs
  • acquaint guests with services available in the area
  • accurately follow accounting procedures
  • answer external and internal telephone calls and deliver messages
  • act as the reservation attendant
  • answer questions and provide accurate, helpful information
  • run end-of-day reports and reconcile system information
  • adhere to all department and company policies and procedures
  • ensure guest security by properly handling guest keys
  • properly handle lost and found items
  • remain on site during inclement weather until replaced
  • perform other duties as assigned
