The role of Night Auditor at Hotel Max is a full-time opportunity with an hourly wage of $23.70. This position is essential in maintaining exceptional overnight operations at a world-class hotel. The Night Auditor acts as the frontline ambassador during late-night hours, typically from 11 PM to 7 AM, ensuring guests receive a warm welcome and an outstanding hospitality experience. The ideal candidate combines strong attention to detail with an engaging and outgoing personality, capable of fostering memorable connections with guests from diverse backgrounds. Night Auditors are responsible for verifying guest information, registering arrivals, managing night audit procedures with precision, supporting other hotel departments, and promptly addressing guest inquiries and concerns to ensure complete satisfaction. Candidates must be adaptable to working overnight hours and thrive in a fast-paced environment where excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Job Duties

  • help guests discover their wanderlust experience
  • provide exceptional customer service by being engaging and taking sincere interest
  • check guests in ensuring proper credit is received special requests are noted and fulfilled and accurate information is established
  • help to resolve problems and wow guests through recovery when things aren’t quite right
  • promote and sell special hotel programs
  • interact with hotel or resort staff in a professional manner assisting other departments with necessary information
  • be knowledgeable of all emergency procedures and policies
  • maintain house bank
  • generate print and distribute daily and weekly reports
  • ensure the night audit procedures are followed with great attention to detail
  • communicate all pertinent information to manager on duty
  • follow set procedures on posting charges cashing checks safe deposits and refunds
  • assist other departments as needed
