- prior experience as a night auditor
- ability to operate various office equipment such as computer, phone, copier and printer
- knowledge of computerized hotel systems and Microsoft Office software
- good written and verbal communication skills
- ability to analyze mathematical data
- maintain composure and objectivity under pressure
- exceptional guest relations skills
- maintain confidentiality
- willingness to work flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- prior experience as a night auditor

- knowledge of computerized hotel systems and software such as Microsoft Excel and Word

- ability to analyze mathematical calculations and compile facts and figures
- maintain high degree of confidentiality

Job Duties
- audit, balance and report on various hotel departments such as food and beverage outlets and front desk
- act as manager-on-duty during the overnight shift handling complaints and emergency situations
- respond promptly to hotel emergencies in coordination with staff
- handle noise complaints, credit issues, guest relocation and rejection of undesirables
- perform front desk duties including express checkouts as needed
- provide excellent guest service utilizing diplomacy and good judgment
- maintain compliance with hotel procedures and guidelines
