The role available is for a Night Auditor, a key position responsible for balancing the daily financial transactions of the hotel and providing excellent guest services during the overnight shift. The Night Auditor acts as both the revenue and expense controller for the day’s transactions while also handling all front desk operations during the audit shift. This individual must be skilled in communication and guest relations, capable of handling complaints effectively to guarantee guest satisfaction. Candidates should be flexible with their work schedule, able to manage weekend, holiday, and overnight shifts when needed.
