The Night Auditor position at Hilton plays a crucial role in maintaining the financial integrity and operational excellence of the hotel. As the Night Auditor, you will be responsible for overseeing the auditing, posting, and balancing of daily financial transactions across various hotel outlets, including Rooms and Food and Beverage departments. This role supports Hilton's ongoing efforts to provide outstanding guest service while ensuring financial profitability.

Your responsibilities will include auditing daily cashiers' work, reconciling credit card transactions against daily financial reports, scheduling and training team members, and monitoring performance. Additionally, you will assist the Night Manager during emergencies and provide guidance on correct financial processes and system usage. The position is hourly, with a pay rate of $20.00, which is based on experience and location.

This role demands a keen eye for detail and integrity as you verify the accuracy of transactions and investigate any discrepancies between financial reports and takings. The Night Auditor acts as a vital link in ensuring smooth overnight operations, supporting both the financial and guest service teams by balancing accurate records and contributing to a safe environment.
