Pyramid Global Hospitality is a leading hospitality management company recognized for its extensive portfolio of more than 200 hotels and resorts. With over 18,000 associates spread across the United States, the Caribbean, and Europe, Pyramid is a significant player in the global hospitality industry. The company operates a multifaceted platform that includes Benchmark Resorts & Hotels, a collection of distinctive independent properties known for their unique guest experiences; Axiom Hospitality, which specializes in European hotel management; and PYRAMIDWORKS, offering integrated workplace and facilities services. With corporate offices in Boston, The Woodlands, Texas, and London, Pyramid combines a global scale of operations with a hands-on, service-oriented approach. This approach focuses on delivering exceptional service and operational excellence while maintaining long-term partnerships with clients and communities.

At Pyramid, the core philosophy revolves around putting people first. The company is deeply committed to creating a supportive environment where associates feel respected, empowered, and encouraged to grow their careers. Employees have the opportunity to collaborate with experienced leaders and take on meaningful roles that help them develop professionally while contributing to the company's success. Whether someone is just starting a career in hospitality or has many years of industry experience, Pyramid offers pathways for personal and professional growth. This commitment is evident in its recognition as one of the best places to work, highlighted by accolades from major publications like USA Today, The Boston Globe, and The Houston Chronicle. Additionally, its properties frequently earn prestigious travel awards from Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, Forbes Travel Guide, and U.S. News & World Report, reflecting the company’s culture and dedication to excellence.

About the role, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Manchester Downtown, which is part of the Pyramid portfolio, is currently hiring a Hotel Night Auditor on a part-time basis. This role is vital, as the Night Auditor ensures that all night operations run smoothly and that guests receive exceptional service even during late hours. The position involves working the third shift, with hours from 11 pm to 7 am across three shifts per week. Candidates will find a robust wage package that starts at $19.00 per hour, coupled with excellent benefits including a matching 401(k) plan, travel perks, generous bonuses, and access to professional development opportunities. The role requires prior experience at a hotel front desk, emphasizing the need for candidates who are organized, dependable, and passionate about hospitality.

Team members at DoubleTree by Hilton Manchester Downtown experience a supportive work culture where their well-being is prioritized as much as the guests’. Benefits include free parking, meals provided during shifts, quarterly bonuses, and regular employee celebrations, contributing to a rewarding and positive workplace environment. The company also offers weekly pay, easing financial management for its employees. This role is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to engage directly with the hospitality industry in a dynamic location, gain hands-on experience, and grow within a company that values its associates and recognizes their contributions. Joining this team means becoming part of a successful journey at a growing company where hospitality professionals can thrive and make meaningful impacts every day.
