The role of Night Auditor at Aperture Hotels is pivotal in ensuring guests have a pleasant and comfortable experience during their stay. The position involves a combination of guest relations and administrative responsibilities that take place primarily during overnight hours. As a Night Auditor, the individual will be responsible for managing the check-in and check-out process with efficiency and professionalism, handling guest inquiries promptly, making or modifying reservations, and running night audit reports vital to the daily operations of the hotel. This role demands excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. The Night Auditor will also provide guests with recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and other services to enhance their stay. Occasionally, the Night Auditor may assist other departments or engage in cleaning tasks as needed, emphasizing a team-oriented approach.

This is a shift-based role requiring flexibility to work during scheduled hours, often overnight. They must demonstrate the ability to handle cash and credit card transactions accurately while protecting guest information to ensure privacy and security.
