The company fosters a dynamic work environment focused on professional growth, teamwork, and delivering excellence in all aspects of hotel operations. HHM Hotels values its employees and offers competitive wages along with comprehensive benefits, ensuring a supportive and rewarding workplace for both full-time and part-time team members.
The Front Desk Night Auditor role at HHM Hotels is a critical position that combines financial responsibility with guest service duties. As a Front Desk Night Auditor, you will play an essential role in balancing revenue, settling accounts nightly, and maintaining accurate and organized records. This position requires attention to detail and proficiency in bookkeeping tasks such as conducting nightly audits, auditing, reconciling, and consolidating credit card transactions timely, and preparing daily financial reports. Additionally, you will be responsible for checking guests in and out, responding to inquiries, addressing complaints, and ensuring an overall positive guest experience during the night shift.
This role offers a clear growth path starting from Front Office Supervisor to Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk and eventually advancing to Front Office Manager. You will work closely with management and other team members to maintain operational efficiency and uphold the company's standards of excellence. It is important that candidates for this position possess effective computer and arithmetic skills, familiarity with financial systems, and have previous experience or training in night audit and accounting. Holding or acquiring a Food Service Director (FSD) certification within 90 days of employment is also a plus.
HHM Hotels emphasizes safe work practices, including the use of protective safety equipment and maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment. The work schedule may vary and include holidays and weekends, requiring flexibility and stamina for standing, walking, lifting, bending, and reaching as needed. Joining HHM Hotels in this role means becoming part of a company that believes in "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It." If you are detail-oriented, customer-service focused, and eager to contribute to a vibrant hotel operation, this role would offer valuable experience and career advancement opportunities within the hospitality industry.
