The Night Auditor will be responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting various aspects of hotel operations to ensure accuracy and compliance with established policies and procedures. This position suits individuals who are detail-oriented, have strong analytical skills, and possess a commitment to providing excellent customer service.

The Night Auditor’s primary responsibility is to manage the night audit process, which involves closing out the day’s accounting books in the Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, preparing detailed audit reports, and resetting system operation for the next day. Additionally, the auditor performs front desk duties during the night shift, including checking guests in and out, managing reservations, handling guest inquiries, and addressing complaints promptly and professionally. This role serves as the front-facing representative of Level5 Hospitality during late hours, ensuring guests receive the high standard of service associated with the L5 lifestyle.

The ideal candidate will exhibit excellent organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office or similar software, and flexibility with working night shifts, weekends, and holidays. Experience in hotel front desk operations and a background in basic accounting or bookkeeping adds significant value to this role. Physical requirements include the ability to remain stationary during shifts and the capacity to perform routine tasks that may require some physical exertion.

Joining Level5 Hospitality as a Night Auditor means becoming part of a company that values integrity, teamwork, and innovation. Level5 Hospitality provides an extraordinary work experience where employees are empowered to grow professionally and contribute meaningfully to the company's success.
