With a culture that values employees as its greatest asset, HHM Hotels fosters a collaborative work environment that promotes growth, learning, and professional development across all levels of its organization.
The Night Audit Agent position at HHM Hotels is a crucial role that bridges the operational and financial aspects of hotel management. Starting at $19.00 per hour, this full-time role involves balancing revenue and settling accounts nightly while supporting front desk operations by performing Guest Service Agent tasks. This dual focus ensures accurate financial record-keeping alongside high-quality guest service, contributing to smooth hotel operations and enhanced guest experiences.
In this position, individuals are responsible for conducting thorough bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and completing nightly audits to maintain financial integrity. They manage records related to room availability and guest accounts using manual checks or computer systems, and prepare daily reports for management review. The role includes auditing and reconciling cashiers’ transactions and coordinating credit card processing to ensure timely and accurate financial documentation. Beyond financial duties, Night Audit Agents assist with guest check-ins and check-outs, respond to guest inquiries, and actively work to resolve any complaints, maintaining guest satisfaction standards.
Safety is a top priority within this role, with strict adherence to safe work practices and the proper use of protective equipment required. HHM Hotels emphasizes the importance of guest satisfaction, encouraging Night Audit Agents to monitor guest satisfaction scores and strive to improve departmental and overall experiences continuously.
This position offers a clear career growth path including opportunities to advance to Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, and Front Office Manager roles, illustrating HHM’s investment in career development for its team members. The Night Audit Agent’s contributions are integral to the hotel's daily operations, financial accuracy, and guest service excellence.
By joining HHM Hotels as a Night Audit Agent, candidates become part of an organization that believes in People Are Our Capability, Hearts That Serve, Only Excellence, Stay Nimble, and Own It. The company culture supports a high standard of service, continuous improvement, and employee empowerment within a dynamic, fast-paced hotel environment.
