Job Description

HHM Hotels is a renowned hospitality establishment committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences across its portfolio of accommodations. Recognized for its dedication to quality service and operational excellence, HHM Hotels operates as a leading hotel company offering diverse opportunities for career progression and personal development. The company's culture emphasizes the importance of people, embodying values such as hearts that serve, excellence in performance, nimbleness in operations, and ownership of responsibilities. HHM Hotels fosters an environment where every team member contributes to creating memorable stays for guests and upholding the highest standards in the hospitality industry.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent to join our front office team. This pivotal role involves balancing revenue and settling accounts nightly, maintaining accurate files, and resetting the system for the next day's operations. As a Night Auditor, you will perform bookkeeping activities including balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits, ensuring all financial records are precise and up-to-date. Your responsibilities will extend to auditing and reconciling cashiers, consolidating and transmitting credit card data timely, and inputting financial information into the BRAINS network.

Beyond accounting duties, this role integrates frontline guest service responsibilities that require checking guests in and out efficiently, responding promptly to inquiries, resolving complaints, and maintaining an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction. You will play a direct part in enhancing the guest experience, being aware of guest satisfaction scores, and actively working toward improving departmental and overall guest service quality. The dynamics of the role include the preparation and distribution of daily operational reports and practicing safe work habits, including wearing protective safety equipment.

This position offers promising growth pathways, such as advancing to a Front Office Supervisor role or transitioning to specialized accounting roles like Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, with the potential to ultimately become a Front Office Manager. Candidates will join a supportive team environment where continuous learning is encouraged, and professional development opportunities are available. We prioritize staff well-being through comprehensive benefits and a positive work environment that can include varied shifts, including holidays and weekends, with essential physical activity requirements such as standing, walking, lifting moderate weights, and reaching.

By becoming a part of HHM Hotels, you will be joining a forward-thinking company that values each employee's contribution and is dedicated to fostering a workplace where excellence, agility, and ownership are ingrained in the corporate culture. Our commitment extends to supporting your career ambitions while ensuring guests receive outstanding service every time they stay with us.
