Currently, The Stella Hotel is seeking a dedicated and motivated part-time Night Auditor to join their team immediately. This role is perfect for an ambitious and hardworking individual who enjoys working independently and has a keen eye for numbers, as well as excellent guest interaction skills. The Night Auditor position plays a crucial role in the night operations of the hotel, acting as both the financial overseer and the frontline customer service representative during overnight hours. This dual responsibility requires the candidate to be both detail-oriented and proactive.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overnight front desk operations, which include checking guests in and out smoothly, reconciling daily accounts, and ensuring all financial records are accurate and balanced at the end of the shift. The Night Auditor must be comfortable working autonomously without direct supervision and should take initiative to address any issues that arise during the night. This position demands someone who is self-reliant, trustworthy, and able to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

This overnight position requires familiarity with Point of Sale (POS) systems and Property Management Systems (PMS), as well as a basic understanding of accounting principles to perform the nightly audit accurately.
