HHM Hotels embraces the belief that "People Are Our Capability," "Hearts That Serve," "Only Excellence," "Stay Nimble," and "Own It," highlighting its core values that drive success and satisfaction for both guests and team members.

The role of Night Audit and Guest Service Agent at HHM Hotels is an integral position combining financial accounting functions with guest service responsibilities. This role offers a compensation rate of $20.00 per hour and the opportunity to work in a dynamic hospitality environment. As a Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent, the employee will balance revenue accounts, conduct nightly audits, maintain accurate records of room availability and guest accounts, and reset the system to prepare for the next day’s operations. The position also involves performing essential guest service tasks such as checking guests in and out, responding to inquiries, resolving complaints, and ensuring overall guest satisfaction. This dual responsibility role is designed to provide a well-rounded experience in both the front office and accounting operations of the hotel.

Key responsibilities include auditing and reconciling cashiers, consolidating and transmitting credit card transactions promptly, and preparing daily financial reports. The employee will input and update financial data using the BRAINS network system, a crucial tool for hotel management and accounting. Moreover, this role demands careful attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Candidates will be expected to practice safe work habits consistent with health and safety standards and wear protective safety equipment as required.

This position offers a clear growth path within the company, with opportunities to advance to roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, and eventually Front Office Manager. Employees in this role gain valuable experience in accounting procedures and guest relations, forming the foundation for a successful career in the hospitality industry. HHM Hotels values team members who are proactive, guest-focused, and committed to maintaining high standards of excellence in their work.

HHM Hotels provides a dynamic work environment that may involve varied schedules, including weekends and holidays. Physical demands include standing for extended periods, walking, lifting up to 25 pounds, bending, and reaching, which are typical of front desk and audit duties in a hotel setting. The company’s comprehensive benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision health insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, daily pay options, life insurance, wellness programs, travel discounts, and more, all designed to support the health, financial security, and personal development of its employees.
