The Night Auditor role at Hyatt Place Fort Worth Historic Stockyards is a critical overnight position responsible for maintaining accurate financial and operational continuity during overnight hours. This position plays a pivotal role in balancing daily financial transactions, completing the night audit process with precision, and generating important reports to prepare the hotel for the next day's operations. The Night Auditor also serves as the primary overnight guest service representative, offering attentive and professional assistance while embodying the authentic hospitality for which Hyatt Place is known.

This role demands exceptional attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work independently during overnight shifts. The Night Auditor is tasked with reconciling room charges, taxes, cash receipts, and credit card transactions, ensuring accuracy across all guest folios and correcting discrepancies in accordance with established procedures. Additionally, this position facilitates smooth guest interactions during the late hours by assisting with check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and promptly addressing guest inquiries or concerns with tact and professionalism.

The successful candidate will anticipate guest needs and contribute to a calm, safe, and professional overnight environment. They will also be required to maintain the front desk and lobby areas in an organized and professional manner, safeguard guest privacy and hotel information, and promptly communicate any maintenance, safety, or security issues to the appropriate leadership or departments.
