The Night Manager position at A & R Hospitality Group plays a crucial role in the overall guest experience at the hotel. As the Night Manager, the individual is responsible for managing the front desk operations during the night shift, ensuring that all guests receive outstanding customer service with a positive and professional attitude. The role involves greeting arriving guests, efficiently handling check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest inquiries, and managing reservations for same-day and future arrivals. Additionally, the Night Manager is expected to solve guest complaints promptly and courteously, maintain the cleanliness and organization of the front desk and back office, and assist other departments as needed to ensure the smooth functioning of hotel operations. A vital part of the job includes performing nightly audits and completing any brand-required tasks using the hotel’s front desk system according to both brand standards and A & R Hospitality Group’s policies.
