As a leader in the hotel industry, HHM Hotels manages a portfolio of properties that cater to a wide spectrum of travelers, offering comfort, convenience, and quality service. With a strong commitment to employee growth, HHM Hotels fosters an inclusive and supportive work environment that values integrity, innovation, and excellence.

The role of Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent at HHM Hotels is a critical position that combines financial responsibilities with guest-facing duties, ensuring seamless nighttime operations and excellent guest service. This full-time role demands accuracy, attention to detail, and a customer-centric approach as the individual balances revenue, settles accounts nightly, and resets systems for day-to-day operations. The Night Auditor is responsible for performing key bookkeeping activities such as balancing accounts and conducting nightly audits, maintaining precise records of room availability and guest accounts, and preparing daily financial and operational reports.

Additionally, this role involves auditing and reconciling cashiers, managing timely credit card transactions, and inputting financial data into the company’s BRAINS network system. Acting as a Guest Service Agent, the individual will check guests in and out, respond promptly to inquiries, resolve complaints, and actively contribute to enhancing guest satisfaction scores. This multifaceted position requires a candidate who can seamlessly transition between financial and front desk responsibilities while maintaining composure and professionalism.

Candidates will benefit from a clear career development path with opportunities to advance into roles such as Front Office Supervisor, Accounts Payable or Receivable Clerk, and ultimately Front Office Manager. HHM Hotels values ongoing professional development, making this an excellent opportunity for ambitious individuals seeking to grow within the hospitality industry.

The Night Auditor and Guest Service Agent role also emphasizes workplace safety and adherence to proper safety protocols, including wearing protective safety equipment as needed. HHM Hotels takes pride in offering a comprehensive benefits package including competitive wages, medical, dental, and vision health insurance, paid time off, 401k company match, and many other perks designed to support employee well-being and work-life balance. The work environment is dynamic, requiring some physical activity such as standing for extended periods, lifting moderate weights, and flexibility to work weekends and holidays as needed.

At HHM Hotels, the guiding principles center around valuing people as the company’s greatest capability, delivering heartfelt service, committing to excellence, maintaining agility, and owning one’s responsibilities. This vibrant corporate culture nurtures motivated individuals ready to contribute meaningfully to the team and cultivate memorable guest experiences.
