As a Night Auditor at Level5 Hospitality, you will hold a vital role that blends financial auditing, front desk operations, and guest services during the overnight shift. This position requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as you will be responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on various hotel departments to provide precise and timely information. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of daily hotel finances and upholding company policies and procedures. In addition to auditing, you will handle check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations both online and via phone, and serve as a resource for guests needing assistance during the night. Your nightly duties include properly closing all Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, generating audit reports, and resetting systems for the following day. You will also complete a comprehensive Night Audit checklist each shift. Communication is critical in this role, as you will inform management of any significant problems requiring immediate attention and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to established dress code policies reflect the company’s commitment to excellence.

Working as a Night Auditor demands flexibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively during overnight hours. This position requires availability on weekends and occasional holidays, with a strong emphasis on reliability, attendance, and punctuality. Candidates with previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or in a similar role are preferred, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting abilities. Physical requirements include the capability to remain stationary for extended periods and the occasional need to lift objects up to 50 pounds.
