As a Night Auditor at Level5 Hospitality, you will hold a vital role that blends financial auditing, front desk operations, and guest services during the overnight shift. This position requires a keen eye for detail and accuracy, as you will be responsible for auditing, balancing, and reporting on various hotel departments to provide precise and timely information. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the integrity of daily hotel finances and upholding company policies and procedures. In addition to auditing, you will handle check-in and check-out processes, manage reservations both online and via phone, and serve as a resource for guests needing assistance during the night. Providing Level5 Hospitality's signature high-touch service is essential, as this position significantly impacts guest satisfaction and operational flow.
Your nightly duties include properly closing all Property Management System (PMS) and Point of Sale (POS) systems, generating audit reports, and resetting systems for the following day. You will also complete a comprehensive Night Audit checklist each shift. Communication is critical in this role, as you will inform management of any significant problems requiring immediate attention and collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless hotel operations. Maintaining a professional appearance and adhering to established dress code policies reflect the company’s commitment to excellence.
Working as a Night Auditor demands flexibility, exceptional organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively during overnight hours. This position requires availability on weekends and occasional holidays, with a strong emphasis on reliability, attendance, and punctuality. Candidates with previous experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent or in a similar role are preferred, as is proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic accounting abilities. Physical requirements include the capability to remain stationary for extended periods and the occasional need to lift objects up to 50 pounds.

- High School diploma and/or experience in a hotel or related field preferred
- basic accounting and bookkeeping experience
- must possess basic computational ability
- proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or similar software
- previous work experience as a Hotel Front Desk Agent preferred
- excellent communication and organizational skills
- flexibility with shifts and scheduling
- must be available weekends and/or occasional holidays
- must have reliable transportation to and from work
- must have stellar attendance and punctuality

Job Duties
- Perform all check-in and check-out tasks
- complete the Night Audit checklist each shift
- properly close all PMS and Point of Sale systems daily, generate and maintain appropriate audit reports and reset all systems to the following day
- inform the Front Office Manager or Manager on Duty of any problems that need immediate attention and/or action
- operate the front desk according to standard operating procedures and with exceptional guest service
- fulfill all Front Office functions during the overnight shift
- know emergency procedures and how to respond accordingly after training by the Chief of Maintenance
