We are currently seeking a Night Auditor to join our growing team of hospitality professionals. The Night Auditor role is pivotal to ensuring financial accuracy and maintaining superior guest service during overnight shifts. Offering a competitive hourly wage of $14 to $15, this position is ideal for candidates who possess strong attention to financial detail and a genuine passion for engaging with people. While previous hotel experience is not mandatory, guest service experience is highly preferred, making this a perfect opportunity for those looking to start or advance their career in hospitality. Beyond auditing, the Night Auditor plays an essential role in compiling important reports, managing reservations, delegating housekeeping and security requests, and ensuring that every guest's experience at KB Hotel is exceptional. Job Qualifications

Great communications and excellent customer service skills are required
Front desk clerk duties, guest services, night auditor or previous hospitality experience is preferred but not required
Some college is preferred but a high school diploma or equivalent is required
Computer proficiency is required
Experience with accounting or reservation software is preferred

Job Duties

Ensure all guests feel they are having an exceptional experience at the property
Reconcile all credit card transactions, financial records, occupancy percentages, room charges, final bill preparation, and cash drawer activity after a thorough audit process
Compile and distribute daily, weekly, and monthly reports to general manager, department heads, and hotel management
Process additional administrative, bookkeeping, and accounting procedures as required
Delegate housekeeping, security, and service requests, respond to guest inquiries and resolve guest complaints, process reservations and check-ins, and other front desk agent duties as required
