The Night Auditor role is crucial to the hotel’s overnight operations and guest satisfaction. Serving as the first point of contact for late arrivals and the final checkpoint for departing guests, Night Auditors play an integral part in creating a welcoming and positive environment during nighttime hours. The Night Auditor also acts as Manager On Duty when required, adding a leadership dimension to this position.

Job Requirements
- Serve as Manager On Duty when required
- Working in other areas of the hotel when needed to assist operations
- Informs immediate supervisor promptly and fully of all problems or unusual matters of significance
- Performs all duties and responsibilities in a timely and efficient manner in accordance with established company policies and procedures
- Maintains a favorable working relationship with all other company associates
- Must have open availability work weekends and holidays
- At all times projects a favorable image of the hotel to the public
- Performs other duties as assigned, requested, or deemed necessary by management
Job Qualifications
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
- Advanced working knowledge of property management software systems
- Working knowledge of switchboard and telephone etiquette
- Excellent communication, organizational and guest service skills
- Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiate effectively
- Demonstrated teamwork and cooperative communication skills
- Ability to provide concierge services with knowledge of local area and attractions
Job Duties
- Participates in the prompt and courteous check in and checkout of guests
- Provide gracious and efficient telephone service as it relates to general PBX calls
- Calls should be answered promptly and knowledgeably, always ensuring complete and accurate information
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of all services, facilities and programs of the hotel and effectively assists the hotel’s guests
- Responds to guests’ requests promptly, efficiently, and courteously
- Communicates effectively
- Arranges fulfillment of guest services by working with housekeeping, maintenance, and food and beverage where applicable
