The position available is a full-time, non-management Finance & Accounting role based onsite at the Renaissance Nashville Hotel. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of the hotel’s financial data. The Finance & Accounting associate will be responsible for verifying figures, postings, and documentation to ensure they are precise and compliant with company policies. Handling computerized financial records, the associate will organize, store, and analyze financial information and maintain secure cash controls according to established cash handling policies. A significant part of the role includes auditing revenue postings and financial reports, such as payroll and accounting tables, to guarantee the correctness of data before it is used for management decisions. The position also entails following all safety and security protocols, maintaining confidentiality of proprietary information, protecting company assets, and ensuring a professional appearance at all times.
