Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required
  • Computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required
  • Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend and reach
  • Availability to work night shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Commitment to practicing safe work habits and wearing protective safety equipment

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous night audit or accounting experience required
  • Experience with OPERA software a plus
  • Proficient computer skills including Excel and arithmetic
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work night shifts including holidays and weekends
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Job Duties

  • Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly
  • Maintain files and reset the system for the next day
  • Perform nightly audits and bookkeeping activities
  • Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
  • Prepare and distribute daily reports
  • Audit and reconcile cashiers
  • Check guests in and out while performing Guest Service Agent tasks
  • Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
  • Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores
  • Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management
