Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous night audit or accounting experience or equivalent training required
- Computer knowledge including Excel and arithmetic skills required
- Ability to stand for extended periods, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, bend and reach
- Availability to work night shifts including holidays and weekends
- Commitment to practicing safe work habits and wearing protective safety equipment
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous night audit or accounting experience required
- Experience with OPERA software a plus
- Proficient computer skills including Excel and arithmetic
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work night shifts including holidays and weekends
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
Job Duties
- Balance revenue and settle accounts nightly
- Maintain files and reset the system for the next day
- Perform nightly audits and bookkeeping activities
- Keep records of room availability and guests' accounts
- Prepare and distribute daily reports
- Audit and reconcile cashiers
- Check guests in and out while performing Guest Service Agent tasks
- Respond to guest inquiries and resolve complaints
- Monitor and improve guest satisfaction scores
- Practice safe work habits and wear protective safety equipment
- Perform other duties as assigned by management
