Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
- Ability to work overnight shifts alone
- Strong verbal and written English communication skills
- Ability to handle cash and perform basic arithmetic
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Willingness to comply with safety and security protocols

Job Duties
- Check guests in and out efficiently and courteously
- Promote sales related programs to guests
- Maintain accurate guest records and handle cash transactions
- Audit daily receipts and run reports to verify information
- Assist with breakfast setup, food preparation, service, and cleaning
- Ensure guest safety and security during overnight shifts
- Provide prompt responses to guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with a positive service attitude
