The Front Desk Associate role is crucial to upholding the high standards Drury Hotels sets for guest service. The position involves managing front desk operations including checking guests in and out, promoting hotel programs, maintaining accurate guest records, handling cash transactions, and auditing receipts for accuracy. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
  • Ability to work overnight shifts alone
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills
  • Ability to handle cash and perform basic arithmetic
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Willingness to comply with safety and security protocols
