Peachtree Group is recognized for its comprehensive benefits package and commitment to equal employment opportunities, reflecting its dedication to the well-being of both guests and team members.

The Night Auditor role at Peachtree Group is a pivotal position that combines nightly audit responsibilities with front desk guest service duties. This role is designed for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can handle the dual tasks of audit procedures and guest interactions efficiently. The Night Auditor will be responsible for conducting all nightly audit-related duties, which include balancing daily financial paperwork and preparing shift reports to ensure accuracy and compliance. The Night Auditor will manage cash transactions meticulously by counting cash and maintaining the accuracy of the cashier's drawer at the beginning and end of each shift. Effective communication skills are critical, as the role involves coordinating with the Front Office Manager, General Manager, and other departments to ensure seamless operations and transition between shifts.

Additionally, the Night Auditor will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of public areas such as the lobby and restrooms, ensuring a pleasant environment for guests at all times. This position also requires the individual to work closely with various hotel departments to provide high-quality customer service and address any guest needs promptly. The role involves preparing express checkout folios, maintaining room status inventory, and ensuring all shift paperwork and night audit reports are completed accurately and on schedule.

Peachtree Group offers an inclusive and supportive work culture that values the contributions of every team member. The Night Auditor will have the opportunity to grow within the company while enjoying a range of benefits including medical, dental, vision, disability, and life insurance. The employer also offers a generous 401(k) retirement match, paid holidays, and paid time off to support work-life balance. Additional benefits include access to an Employee Assistance Program and Fund, underscoring the company’s commitment to employee well-being.

Peachtree Group stands as an equal opportunity employer and complies fully with federal employment laws, ensuring a fair and respectful workplace.
