The Night Audit Supervisor role at Hyatt Regency Coral Gables is a critical overnight position within the Operations team. This role is responsible for overseeing the smooth functioning of the night audit and front desk teams during the overnight hours, ensuring that guests receive excellent service while important financial and operational tasks are completed accurately and on time. The Night Audit Supervisor oversees the daily audit processes, including the reconciliation of financial records and hotel operations reports. By reviewing and approving guest folios, room charges, and various transactions, this role guarantees accuracy and compliance with hotel policies and Hyatt standards.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of hotel front office or night audit experience supervisory experience preferred
- Proficiency with hotel systems such as OPERA and PMS
- Strong understanding of accounting and audit procedures
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with high attention to detail
Job Qualifications
- 2+ years of hotel front office or night audit experience supervisory experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of hotel systems e.g., OPERA, PMS systems
- Solid understanding of accounting and audit procedures
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidays
- High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
Job Duties
- Supervise and support the night audit and front desk team during overnight shifts
- Oversee completion of daily audit processes including financial reconciliation and reporting
- Review and approve guest folios, room charges, and transactions for accuracy
- Handle guest concerns, escalations, and VIP arrivals
- Ensure compliance with Hyatt standards, policies, and procedures
- Prepare and distribute daily operational and financial reports
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security, and management teams
- Conduct nightly property walkthroughs and safety checks
