Job Requirements

minimum lifting of 20 pounds

proficiency in preparing statistical reports

Job Duties

prepare daily restaurant revenue report by auditing micros tapes and journals
run audit reports and journals from credit card and computer systems
input revenue, expenses, and allowance to generate daily reports such as guest ledger summary and daily restaurant summary
balance all revenue and settlement accounts nightly
make corrections and adjustments and handle computer issues
ensure all reports and backup vouchers are complete and filed properly
coordinate with front desk and restaurant/bar closing for smooth operations
