Job Description

Dolphin Hotels is a distinguished hospitality establishment dedicated to enhancing the well-being of its guests through a refreshing environment, thoughtfully curated amenities, and revitalizing programming. The company understands that travel often disrupts the personal well-being of travelers, and thus, it aims to be a supportive partner in helping guests maintain control and elevate their experience while on the road. With a commitment to providing anticipatory service and comprehensive knowledge, Dolphin Hotels strives to ensure that every guest leaves feeling better than when they arrived. This focus on guest wellness forms the cornerstone of the company's mission and shapes its approach to hospitality service.

As a Night Auditor at Dolphin Hotels, you will play an essential role in creating a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere for guests during the nighttime hours. This position is vital in bridging the gap between guest services and hotel financial operations, as the Night Auditor is responsible for greeting guests, understanding their needs through active listening, and providing personalized service. Additionally, the role requires performing nightly accounting reports essential to the smooth operation of the hotel. At Dolphin Hotels, the Night Auditor acts not only as a front-of-house representative but also as a key player in maintaining the integrity and accuracy of the hotel’s financial documentation.

This position offers an opportunity for dynamic individuals who are positive, adaptable, and intuitive to contribute meaningfully to guest well-being. The Night Auditor must be ready to jump into any situation to assist guests and colleagues, reinforcing a team atmosphere that values empathy and professionalism. Working night shifts, this role demands flexibility and a proactive attitude to handle the unique challenges of overnight hospitality service, including managing late check-ins, responding to guest inquiries, and handling unexpected situations with composure and care.

Candidates for Night Auditor at Dolphin Hotels should have previous experience in front desk or customer service roles, demonstrating excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Familiarity with basic computer systems and accounting tasks is essential as this role involves managing registration, cash handling, room allocation, and end-of-day reconciliations. The Night Auditor must also collaborate effectively with other hotel departments to ensure seamless operations around the clock. This blend of customer service and administrative duties offers a rewarding experience for those passionate about hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Overall, joining Dolphin Hotels as a Night Auditor means becoming part of a mission-driven team that prioritizes guest well-being and high-quality service. The role is more than just a job; it is an opportunity to grow professionally in the hospitality industry while making a positive difference in the travel experience of every guest. If you are someone who values empathy, adaptability, and teamwork, Dolphin Hotels invites you to embark on this journey where together, everyone can rise and thrive.
