The position available is for a Night Audit Host on the overnight shift. This role plays a critical part in supporting the front office operations during nighttime hours, typically from 11:00 pm to 7:30 am. The Night Audit Host is responsible for managing cash control, preparing and balancing a variety of financial reports, responding promptly to guest inquiries, and facilitating the check-in and check-out processes. This position requires constant vigilance to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial transactions and guest services while maintaining a welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the role demands excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during nighttime hours.

  • Previous high-volume customer service experience is required
  • Previous work-related cash handling experience is required
  • Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays
  • Ability to stand for long periods and walk moderate distances
  • Refined verbal and written communication skills
  • Knowledge of Denver area restaurants and attractions preferred
  • Previous hotel front office experience preferred
  • Desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment
