We are currently seeking motivated and dedicated individuals to join our team as Night Attendants. This part-time or full-time role offers an hourly wage ranging from $16 to $17, based on experience. The Night Attendant plays a critical role in maintaining a secure, clean, and welcoming environment for our guests during the overnight hours. Responsibilities include conducting timely courtesy calls to new guests, assisting with guest requests or complaints after standard office hours, and managing basic front desk operations such as check-ins, check-outs, and key handling. In addition to front desk duties, the role involves supporting the upkeep of laundry areas and ensuring all linens are cleaned and organized properly. Our Night Attendants contribute significantly to guest satisfaction by providing attentive, professional service while maintaining guest privacy and security. This position requires vigilance, excellent communication skills, and a friendly demeanor to enhance the overall guest experience and support the smooth operation of the hotel during night hours. Job Requirements
- High school diploma preferred or equivalent experience
- 1 year in previous customer service position
- must have basic office skills including math, cash handling, and computer skills
- basic English communication skills verbal and written required
- prior hospitality experience preferred

Job Duties
- Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in
- assist guests with requests and complaints after regular office hours
- handle check-ins, check-outs, and make guestroom keys for lost or lockouts
- assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry
- clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc
- provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area
- ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining guest privacy and safety
