This position plays a vital role in maintaining the safety, security, and smooth operation of the hotel throughout the overnight shift.

The Night Attendant is responsible for overseeing the front desk during the night hours, handling tasks such as guest check-ins and check-outs, responding to guest requests and complaints after regular office hours, and conducting courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest arrival to ensure satisfaction. Additional responsibilities include managing guest payments, maintaining the cleanliness and organization of laundry rooms, folding linens, and providing a visible presence in the lobby to enhance guest safety and privacy. This role demands strong customer service skills, basic office abilities including math and cash handling, and proficiency in English communication both verbally and in writing. Job Requirements

  • At least 1 year of customer service experience
  • Basic office skills including math and cash handling

  • Prior hospitality experience is preferred

Job Duties

  • Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in
  • Assist guests with requests and complaints after regular office hours
  • May handle check-ins/check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost/lockouts
  • Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry rooms and guest laundry
  • Clean, dry and fold linen, blankets, bedspreads, etc.
  • Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area
  • Ensure exceptional customer service to all guests while maintaining guest privacy and safety
  • May compute bill, collect payments, and make changes for guests, post charges to Property Management system
  • Complete department checklists and reports for relevant shifts
  • Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
