We are currently seeking a Night Attendant to join our team with a starting wage of up to $16.00 - $17.00 per hour. This full-time role is essential to maintaining the safety, cleanliness, and excellent guest services during the overnight hours. The Night Attendant will act as the company’s frontline representative during late shifts, ensuring that guests feel welcomed, secure, and supported throughout their stay. This role requires someone with a strong commitment to exceptional customer service, a keen eye for detail, and the capability to handle a range of tasks from assisting guests to maintaining facility cleanliness.
The Night Attendant’s responsibilities include conducting courteous and timely check-in calls, addressing guest requests and resolving complaints after regular office hours, and occasionally handling guest check-ins and check-outs. Additionally, the Night Attendant is tasked with making guestroom keys for lost or lockout situations, maintaining the laundry areas including cleaning and folding linens, and providing courteous patrols within lobby and entrance areas for guest safety. This role also involves managing billing functions such as computing bills, processing payments, and posting charges using a Property Management System.
We look for team members who maintain a neat and professional appearance, communicate effectively in English, and possess basic office skills including math, cash handling, and computer literacy. Prior experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred to ensure familiarity with the fast-paced and guest-focused nature of the position. Job Duties
- Conduct courtesy calls within 30 minutes after guest check-in
- Assist guests with requests and complaints after regular office hours
- Handle check-ins and check-outs and make guestroom keys for lost or lockouts
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of laundry rooms and guest laundry
- Clean, dry and fold linens, blankets, and bedspreads
- Provide courtesy patrol in lobby and front entrance area
- Ensure exceptional customer service while maintaining guest privacy and safety
- Compute bills, collect payments, make changes for guests, post charges to Property Management system
- Complete department checklists and reports for shifts
- Maintain a neat, clean, and well-groomed appearance
- Perform other related duties as assigned
