Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous bartending experience
- knowledge of cocktail preparation, wine, beer, and spirits
- strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- basic math and cash-handling skills
- experience with POS systems
- alcohol service certification and food handler certification as required by local regulations
- ability to work flexible schedules including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Job Duties
- Greet guests promptly and provide friendly, professional, and attentive service

- respond promptly to guest requests and resolve concerns professionally
- maintain a high level of hospitality and service excellence at all times
- prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company recipes, specifications, and presentation standards
- demonstrate knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, spirits, and specialty beverages
- verify guest age and ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws and regulations
- accurately ring in orders and process payments through the POS system
- monitor guest alcohol consumption and practice responsible beverage service
- prepare garnishes, mixers, and ingredients needed for daily operations
- serve bar guests and support restaurant servers with beverage orders
- maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation of the bar area, equipment, and service stations
- restock liquor, beer, wine, mixers, glassware, and supplies as needed
- conduct opening, closing, and side work duties according to established procedures
- assist with inventory counts and report low-stock items to management
- properly handle cash, credit card transactions, and guest checks
- ensure all bar equipment is functioning properly and report maintenance issues
- follow all food safety, sanitation, and workplace safety guidelines
