With core values that include integrity, compliance, value creation, principled entrepreneurship, customer focus, knowledge, change, humility, respect, and fulfillment, Pacific Hospitality Group stands as a committed and principled company dedicated to excellence in hospitality and beyond.

The role of Bartender at Pacific Hospitality Group is pivotal to achieving the company’s vision of delivering exceptional guest experiences. The Bartender is responsible for crafting and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to well-established recipes and service standards while creating a friendly and welcoming environment for guests. This position demands a high level of hospitality, a keen understanding of beverage preparation including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, and the ability to maintain a clean, organized, and safe bar environment. In addition to guest interaction, the Bartender ensures compliance with all legal requirements related to alcohol service, verifying guest age, monitoring consumption, and practicing responsible beverage serving protocols. Operational excellence is maintained through accurate order processing via POS systems, inventory management, restocking supplies, maintaining sanitation standards, and executing opening, closing, and side work duties meticulously. Cash handling and payment processing proficiency are also essential for this role.

Physical demands include standing and walking for extended periods, lifting and carrying up to 40 pounds, and performing repetitive hand movements, reflecting the dynamic and fast-paced nature of hospitality work. Flexible scheduling, including availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays, is required to meet the operational needs of the business.
