The compensation is commission-based with earning potential exceeding $100,000 annually and no monthly desk fees, making this opportunity not only lucrative but also flexible. Agents benefit from multiple production paths including Leads Division, Platform Division, and Referral opportunities, alongside stock options as they grow with the company.

These include leads from top platforms such as Zillow Flex, Zillow Preferred, Realtor.com, Opcity, MarketVIP, and team PPC advertising, ensuring a steady stream of potential clients. The team also provides a complimentary transaction coordinator on every deal so you can concentrate on selling. Essential real estate technology tools like Follow Up Boss CRM for pipeline management, Dotloop for transaction management, and a personal agent-branded lead capture website are fully integrated into your workflow. These tools are professional-grade platforms widely used by top producers, replacing outdated, inefficient methods with a seamless, tech-empowered approach.

Additionally, The Real Powerhouse Team emphasizes structure and learning through a structured onboarding program for fast production ramp-up, ongoing coaching, accountability, and performance tracking.
