- Available to work East Coast Florida - Monroe County through Indian River County
Job Qualifications
- Active Florida real estate license or recently passed exam
- Strong communication and professionalism
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and follow systems
- Ability to work within East Coast Florida region from Monroe County to Indian River County
- Motivated and coachable with a commitment to sales production
Job Duties
- Generate and convert leads provided by the team platforms
- Utilize Follow Up Boss CRM and Dotloop for pipeline and transaction management
- Collaborate with the team and participate in ongoing coaching and accountability sessions
- Engage with in-house marketing support for social media and branding efforts
- Manage transactions efficiently with the assistance of a transaction coordinator
- Follow structured onboarding and ramp-up programs to reach production goals
- Attend masterminds and team events for networking and professional development
