We are currently seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeping Associates to join our team in a full-time capacity. This role is essential in maintaining cleanliness and organization throughout our retail store and warehouse areas. As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for cleaning various parts of our facility, including floors, surfaces, restrooms, and customer seating areas, ensuring these spaces meet our cleanliness standards and contribute to an enhanced shopping experience. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction and employee comfort by creating a welcoming and hygienic environment.

The position requires regular sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and scrubbing of floors with special attention to high-traffic areas and entryways. You will also dust and wipe down shelves, fixtures, and displays to maintain a tidy appearance. Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms are a significant part of the job, requiring attention to detail to ensure all facilities are hygienic, well-stocked, and pleasant to use. Proper disposal of trash and recycling, replenishment of cleaning supplies, and reporting any shortages or maintenance issues to management will be among your regular duties.

Safety is a top priority in our operations, and we expect our Housekeeping Associates to rigorously follow safety procedures, especially when handling and storing cleaning chemicals and equipment. The role involves physical activity such as standing during the entire shift, lifting or moving items up to 50 pounds, bending, stooping, climbing, and reaching. Therefore, candidates should be physically prepared for these demands.

While prior experience in housekeeping or janitorial services, particularly in retail or warehouse environments, is preferred, it is not mandatory. We value a candidate who is willing to learn, has a good understanding of safety hazards and personal protection equipment, and can communicate well with colleagues and customers alike.
