basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
excellent oral and written communication skills

Job Qualifications

Ability to read shelf tags
basic math skills including counting, addition, and subtraction
excellent oral and written communication skills
previous experience as a personal shopper or in a production, warehouse, or stocking environment preferred
prior cashier experience desired
ability to manage conflict reasonably and cooperatively
ability to work without supervision

Job Duties

Select and gather products for customers' online orders efficiently with attention to freshness and quality
assemble customers' online orders
process coupons and payment
deliver and load orders to cars upon customer arrival
provide positive customer service experience
communicate substitutions or exceptions to customers during pick-up
scan and bag orders following bagging standards
adhere to food safety procedures and company guidelines
maintain organization and cleanliness of staging areas and equipment
report discrepancies and equipment issues to supervisors
perform opening and closing procedures
assist in training new e-commerce team members
meet or exceed productivity standards
