New Restaurant Opening Training Coach

The NRO Training Team Coach is responsible for leading the training team, coordinating the training sessions, and ensuring the quality and effectiveness of the training programs. This position reports to the Director of Education and Development and works closely with Operations to identify priority training needs. The role involves supporting training and operations initiatives at existing locations within their region, overseeing manager and team member development programs, MIT programs, and the Certified Trainer Program.
