The Restaurant Attendant role, specifically as a Busser/Food Runner, is critical in supporting the dining room team to maintain seamless service flow and uphold the restaurant's high standards. Job Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years old
- able to work varied shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends
- able to stand and walk for extended periods
- physical ability to carry trays and clear tables
- good communication and interpersonal skills

Job Qualifications
- At least one year of fast casual dining or customer service experience preferred
- strong service-minded attitude and friendly disposition
- ability to work a variety of shifts including mornings, evenings, and weekends

Job Duties
- Quickly clean dirty table settings and prepare table for resetting
- promptly and consistently reset tables with spotless service ware
- deliver prepared food and drinks to guests
- maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments
- greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary
- transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning
- perform general cleaning tasks using standard hotel cleaning products
- fold napkins and restock condiments
- perform other duties as requested such as cleaning unexpected spills, special guest requests, and cross-training to ensure total guest satisfaction
- report any suspicious persons or activities to a supervisor immediately
