Job Description

New Balance Chiropractic is a reputable healthcare practice dedicated to helping individuals achieve better health and wellness through chiropractic care. Located in Washington State, our clinic prides itself on providing a supportive and positive environment for both patients and staff. We focus on patient-centered care, ensuring that every individual who walks through our doors feels welcomed, cared for, and confident about their health journey. Our team is comprised of passionate professionals who are committed to making a real impact in people's lives by promoting health, positivity, and personal growth within our community.

We are currently seeking an exceptional New Patient Coordinator to become the welcoming face of our practice. This role is critical as it sets the tone for patients' entire experience with our clinic. The New Patient Coordinator will be responsible for creating positive first impressions, building strong relationships with new and existing patients, and guiding them through their onboarding process. This position goes beyond traditional front desk duties by playing a key role in helping patients start their journey toward improved health and wellness. The ideal candidate will be someone who thrives on organization, communication, and customer service excellence, along with a genuine passion for helping others.

The New Patient Coordinator will handle a variety of responsibilities including welcoming patients warmly and professionally, answering phone calls, texts, and emails with exemplary customer service, scheduling and managing appointments, and verifying insurance benefits where applicable. Additionally, this role involves assisting new patients through necessary paperwork and onboarding procedures, collecting payments, maintaining accurate patient records, and coordinating communication between patients and healthcare providers.

An important aspect of this position is the ability to manage and support patients through the New Patient process, including office tours, consultations, exams, x-rays, and follow-up progress exams. The New Patient Concierge attached to the role will guide every step from intake forms to financial planning, ensuring the patient receives individualized support throughout their healthcare journey. Being bilingual in Spanish is a valuable asset, enhancing communication with a broader patient base.

We value candidates who are dependable, coachable, proactive, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Maintaining professionalism and positivity under pressure is essential. Experience in chiropractic, dental, medical, wellness, spa, or hospitality industries is advantageous, though we are willing to train motivated individuals with the right attitude and energy.

This is an in-person position offering competitive pay ranging from $21.00 to $24.00 per hour. Alongside competitive compensation, New Balance Chiropractic offers an array of benefits including employee discounts, free parking, paid training, paid time off, and a supportive team culture with growth and leadership opportunities. Notably, we provide paid training for the Washington State Chiropractic Xray Technician Program, which includes 72 hours of instruction (with 32 weekend hours) and support for state license application upon successful completion of the course.

Joining New Balance Chiropractic means becoming part of a workplace that not only focuses on health and wellness but also fosters positivity and personal growth, enabling each team member to make a meaningful impact on the lives of the patients we serve.
