The position available is that of a New Hire Concierge, a pivotal role responsible for implementing and executing the onboarding and orientation processes for new employees. This role is centered on providing a welcoming and supportive employee experience, ensuring new hires are smoothly integrated and acclimated into the organizational culture and operational environment. Reporting to the operational leadership and in collaboration with in-unit HR Generalists, the New Hire Concierge acts as an ambassador for the company, delivering onboarding programs that include orientation, training, access to information, and available resources. This position requires regular engagement with new hires, trainers, and managers to assess compliance with onboarding protocols, evaluate performance, and proactively address any gaps in the orientation or training processes. Additionally, the role involves conducting employee engagement conversations such as daily rounding, stay interviews, surveys, and focus groups to continuously improve the new hire experience and enhance employee retention rates. The role also encompasses performing exit interviews, gathering and analyzing employee experience data to identify areas for improvement. Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or learning and development or equivalent combination of education and related experience
- T-Chest (Certified Health Care Environmental Services Technician Train the Trainer) certification required within six months of employment
- Ability to communicate effectively in written format and oral presentations
- Ability to multi-task and establish priorities
- Ability to stay organized in a demanding and changing work environment
- Exhibits initiative, responsibility, flexibility, and leadership
- Ability to use working knowledge of environment to meet established goals and objectives
- Proficient in data collection, analysis, and presentation
Job Qualifications

Job Duties
- Act as an ambassador to new employees providing information, direction, and coaching for documentation and onboarding
- Deliver new hire onboarding programs including orientation and training
- Implement and conduct employee engagement conversations including new employee daily rounding, stay conversations, surveys and focus groups
- Meet with new hires, trainers, and new hire managers weekly to evaluate new hire program compliance, performance and proactively address gaps
- Offboard employees through exit interviews, capturing and analyzing employee experience data to strengthen retention
- Perform other duties as assigned
