This role offers a unique opportunity for new graduate nurses or nurses with less than one year of experience to develop their skills under the mentorship of success coaches and through a structured one-year Nurse Residency program. This nursing position is a night shift role, requiring availability from 7:00 p.m. to 7:30 a.m., including rotating weekend and holiday shifts.
