This unique integration allows the company to meet and exceed the exacting standards of the design industry’s most discerning clients. The company’s lighting solutions are showcased in some of the most prestigious five-star hotels and resorts, celebrated restaurants, and stunning private residences across North America. With a reputation for craftsmanship and custom excellence, Hammerton is experiencing rapid growth and continuing to set benchmarks in lighting design and manufacturing.
The New Customer Success Manager at Hammerton plays a pivotal role in bridging the initial connection between the company’s distinguished lighting products and prospective clients in the design, architecture, and builder communities. This role is a vital touchpoint, responsible for onboarding new accounts and guiding them seamlessly through their first purchase experience. The position demands a consultative sales professional who not only understands the language and nuances of design but also excels at building meaningful, trust-based relationships. The New Customer Success Manager introduces clients to Hammerton’s brand ethos and product expertise, highlighting the bespoke lighting solutions that elevate spaces to new realms of aesthetic excellence.

Collaboration is essential, as the Manager works closely with Territory Sales Managers, manufacturer representatives, engineering, customer service, and marketing teams to ensure a seamless customer journey from initial inquiry to project completion. The ideal candidate will have strong consultative selling capabilities, a passion for luxury design, and the resilience to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is instrumental in positioning Hammerton as the premier lighting partner for luxury residential and commercial projects while consistently achieving onboarding and sales goals, making a significant impact on the company’s growth trajectory.
